Return and Exchange Policy
To protect your rights, please make sure to record the unboxing process in its entirety in case there are any issues with the products or shortages in quantity. Within three days, please provide us with the unedited and uninterrupted video footage of the unboxing, and we will assist you promptly.

Unopened and undamaged merchandise purchased within three days can be returned or exchanged, except under reasonable exceptional circumstances. Please contact us for further assistance.

Due to personal hygiene and the nature of the products, we do not accept exchanges or returns for opened items. When discussing return or exchange matters, if inventory permits, we will reship the same style and quantity of the product to you.

Return and exchange shipping costs, unless under reasonable exceptional circumstances, will be split equally between both parties. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
The following conditions do not qualify for return or exchange:
① Opened and used items.
② Products that have been on the market for a long time, discontinued, or limited edition.
③ Lack of video or relevant photo communication.
④ Returned products with missing contents.
⑤ No contact made after more than 7 days since the product was delivered.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us. As long as the order has not entered the processing stage, we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, and we appreciate your understanding.

Why is the product I received different from the one I ordered?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Despite our careful attention to each order, if a mistake occurs, we will do our utmost to rectify it. Please contact us, and we will promptly send you the correct product.
*If a wrong item was shipped, we may require you to return it. Please rest assured that we will cover the shipping fee. -
Some items are missing from my shipment. What should I do?
We deeply apologize for the oversight.
Please prepare an unboxing video to protect your rights and contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly resend the missing items and make every effort to compensate you.

What should I prepare when returning the product?
Please return the product in its original condition and include all accompanying documents shipped with the merchandise. (Items include: outer packaging, product, accessories, and any other accompanying items.)
During the return process, please ensure that the packaging remains intact to prevent damage during return transportation. -
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After the refund is confirmed, our customer service will proactively notify you of the refund status. The refund will be credited to the account used for the transaction at the time of your purchase.
However, the refund process and processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank of your credit card. For the actual time of the funds being credited, please consult your credit card issuing bank.

① Within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement (no shipping cost incurred).
② Within 8 to 90 days of product delivery, we offer a free replacement (shipping cost will be borne by the customer).
